VIP Community Services

During the height of the pandemic, I served as communications lead for a federally qualified health center in the South Bronx—our nation’s poorest urban county—where I built a communications office and guided health promotion strategies. I directed content strategy and creation across social media, annual reports, employee newsletters, and development campaigns, while also spearheading a full branding overhaul. I established enduring brand pillars—health & wellness, addiction services, housing & shelter, and job readiness—that continue to define the organization today.
